Fashion or Passion

There are some contradictions on my mind now..

The sixsigma innovation has logics, measurements and statistics,
but doesn't have emotions which are crucial in business world like sales, marketing or negotiations.

We want to get a simple roadmap further more,
but it's so difficult to maintain the qualities of the projects.

We give consults to improve the qualities,
but, sometimes, the consulting itself is just a killing-time.

Passion is one of the key success factors of any innovations,
but we fail to get a success 'cause we use the innovation as a Fashion..

the 8th meeting..

Got the 8th meeting this afternoon...

Proposed web logics of the system, how to design project-specific roadmaps, how to make tool pages and how to manage the system performance index...
It's reasonable..

But,, I know that this system cannot give a perfect solution to the leaders.
They would get a roadmap sort of 'one of them' thing.
It would not be the perfect solutions for their projects.
And I don't want this system to be used like that. It's killing imagination...

What I really need is implications, re-visits and satisfactions of the system....

problem solving

The real benefit of the system or even innvation itself is about problem solving..
We all have some specific of problems on the daily lives.. regardless ages, levels or functions..
It can be considered as the gaps between As-Is and To-Be.. If there are no gaps, we would live perfect lives, perfect happiness..
Even though we can manage to solve the problems any way, we adapt frameworks something like the sixsigma innovation to do that effectively, without trial-errors..

And then, can the system give them edges at this points?
Is it possible to provide them delightness by using them? I mean, system qualities...

Innovation system...

The concept is to systemize all the innovation roadmaps and tools at one place and to motivate leaders excuting projects with the system.
It will contain various roadmaps such as DMAIC, DFSS(Designing new products, innovating sales marketing processes etc..) and most of all tools which are being used in various projects...
